Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2019: Apply Online for Navik (General Duty/GD) 10+2 Entry 02/2019 Batch Posts.

Applications are invited from male Indian nationals educational qualification, eligibility as given bilow. For the post of Navik ( General Duty) in the Indian Coast, an armed force of the Union.

• Educational Qualification : 10+2 passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized  by state or central government with minimum 50% aggregate. 

• Age : minimum 18 years To Maximum 22 years ( born between 1st Aug 1997 to 31 Jul 2001 )

         Note : Age relaxation for SC/ST 5 years, to OBC 3 years.

• Pay scale : Joining Indian Coast Guard, you will be placed in Basic pay Rs. 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulations.

• 45 days Earned leave and 08 days Casual leave every year with Leave Travel Concession (LTC) for self, family and dependent parents as per Government rules. Contributory Pension Scheme and Gratuity on retirement. Canteen and various loan facilities. (vi) ECHS medical facilities after retirement.

The Indian Coast Guard is a multi-mission organization, conducting round-the-year real-life operations at sea. Despite being relatively small, it has a wide range of task capabilities for both surface and air operations. The organization is headed by the Director General Indian Coast Guard (DGICG) exercising his overall command and superintendence from the Coast Guard Headquarters (CGHQ) located at New Delhi.
